CJMW’s Principal Architect Mike Griffin attended and spoke at the Virginia Housing Credit Conference. Presenting jointly with Executive Director of Rush Homes, Jeff Smith, Mike introduced the audience to Rush Homes newest project, Florida Terrace, a 31-unit affordable housing community in Lynchburg, Virginia. Mike explained the design, and the project planning, including challenges of accessibility on a sloping site, and the process for a thoughtful exterior design that would complement the surrounding suburban neighborhood.  The conference offers industry trends and best practices for leveraging low-income housing credit (LIHTC)
